Your order will be processed and out our door by the end of the next business day or we’ll refund 50% of your order! Most orders are prepared and shipped the same day they’re placed.
Any exceptions will be noted on the product page. Exceptions will be made for when we know we will be out of the office for emergencies or if we are waiting for new inventory to arrive at our warehouse facility.
Here’s What To Expect…
- Receive another email – with your FedEx tracking number – when FedEx has your order.
- Your shipment will arrive in 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from us. Please remember that FedEx doesn’t ship or deliver Ground Service on the weekends.
- Place your order and immediately receive a confirmation email.
Please follow these directions:
- Use 78259 as the From zip code and use your own zip code as the To zip code.
- Check box for “This is a residential address” if that applies.
- Enter 8 pounds as the package weight.
- Then click the “Get Quick Quote” button.
- Select “Drop off at FedEx location” for the Pickup/Dropoff.
- Look for the FedEx Home Delivery or Ground Service transit time.
